Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cup pumpkin
  • 1 can 13oz. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp gloves (ground)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Crust:
  2. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and margarine until crumbly. Pat into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
  3. Filling: Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and spices in bowl and pour over crust.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  5. Top with mixture of chopped nuts, brown sugar, and margarine
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes more
