Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter ( gives it a richer flavor than margarine)
  • filling
  • 2- 15 oz. cans of pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsps. pumkin pie spices
  • 1/ 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Crust:
  2. Press into a 9x13 inch pan & bake for 10 minutse 350
  3. Filling:
  4. Bake 50 minutes 350
