Ingredients:
for 8 square pan you'll need
crust
1/4 cup oats, quick or old fashoined
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup br. sugar
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
filling
1 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup 1/2 & 1/2
1 egg
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. br. sugar (packed)
1/4 tsp. (each) cinnamon & nutmeg
topping
1/4 cup br. sugar (packed)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions:
1. For the crust:
2. combine oats, flour & br sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
3. Press into buttered 8 square pan.
4. Bake 375 for 10 min. until golden brown
5. Meanwhile:
6. Beat together filling ingredients until well mixed.
7. Pour into baked crust
8. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until custard is set
9. Topping:
10. Combine the topping ingredients until crumbly.
11. Sprinkle over the custard & bake 10 min. longer or
12. until golden brown
