this is great spread on gingersnap cookies or vanilla cookies or pound cake...etc..it is super easy to make.. the recipe and photo are from Better Homes and Gardens
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
3. Makes 1-1/2 cups (24, 1-tablespoon servings).
