Pumpkin Cream Bars W Walnuts

Moist pumpkin bars with maple frosting.
Ingredients:
pumpkin
eggs
canola oil
sour cream
sugar
flour
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, mix the following
2. Wet ingred.
3. 1 can pumpkin
4. 4 eggs
5. 1 1/2 c sugar
6. 2/3 c canola oil
7. 1/2 cup sour cream
8. In large bowl, combine the following.
9. 2 1/2 cups flour
10. 2 t. pumpkin pie spice
11. 1 t salt
12. 1 t baking soda
13. 2 t baking powder
14. Add flour mixture gradually to pumpkin mixture, and stir until flour lumps are gone. Don't over mix.
15. Pour into a greased jellyroll pan (cookie sheet with the 1 inch sides)
16. Bake for 30 min, or until firm.
17. Frosting
18. In large saucepan
19. 1 box powderd sugar
20. 1/2 cup butter
21. 1/2 cup brown sugar
22. Cook until butter is dissolved.
23. Add about 1/2 the powderd sugar, then add about 1/4th cup of milk.
24. Mix well, then add the rest of the powderd sugar until smooth.
25. It should be a thick mixture, but thin enough to pour over cake.
26. Pour over cooled cake, and spread to cover.
27. Add chopped walnuts and serve!

29. This is a very moist cake.....
