Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

A great combination of flavors.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cranberries, coarsely chopped (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour an 8x4 loaf pan.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
3. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except cranberries.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist.
5. Stir in cranberries.
6. Spread evenly in a loaf pan.
7. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
