Oh my gosh is this every good, serve it with some cool whip or vanilla Ice Cream.
Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten
15-oz can pumpkin
12-oz can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla
18 1/2 oz pkg yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Mix the first eight ingredients together. Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top.
3. Drizzle with the margarine.
4. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with the nuts. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
