Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

This is one of my husband's favorite things to have around the holiday's. The recipe is from my mother in law's kitchen.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup oil (i use light olive oil)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 cups flour
12 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine first 10 ingredients until blended.
2. Add flour mix well.
3. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
4. Spoon into well oiled 9 x5 x3 loaf pan. *.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 -75 minutes or until done when tested.
6. * Or 1 batch = 4 mini loaves. Bake mini loafs 45 minutes.
