quick breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tbs. honey
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup rolled aots
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/4 tstp. baking powder
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup nutmeats or chocalate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven:350 degrees
2. Spray cookie sheet and reserve.
3. In a small bowl stir canned pumpkin honey, egg, and vanilla
4. Ina a large bowl: Mix Flour powdered milk
5. Stir in honey mixture into flour mixture untill well combined.
6. Stir in raisins and nuts or Chocalate chips.
7. Uswe 1/4 cup measure prayed with oil to scoop dough and place on cookie sheet 3 inches apart Use wet Palm of hand to flatten cookies to 3/4 inch thick
8. Bake 18 minutes untill tops have hardened but coookies are slightly soft in center cool on racks store in air tight container
