Ingredients:
3 lbs lean ground beef
2 cups fresh pumpkin, cubed in 1 inch pieces
1 can kidney bean
2 medium onions, diced
3 cans diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef.
2. Drain fat.
3. Put ground beef into large cooking pot, add each ingredient, and cook on low heat for 90 minutes.
4. Serve with sour cream.
