This is an easy pudding pie. It's another one of my We can't decide which we want deserts. Not sure which magazine I found it in. I've taken this to potlucks, and received raves! Ingredients:
graham cracker or sugar cookie pie crust |
1 small box french vanilla pudding mix |
1 small box cheese calke pudding mix |
1 c pumpkin pie filling with spices |
1 3oz pk cream cheese softened |
millk (for pudding mixes) |
Directions:
1. Mix cheese cake pudding mix according to box for pies, blend well with cream cheese.
2. pour in pie crust to half full.
3. Mix french vanilla pudding according to box for pies, add pumpkin pie filling and mix well.
4. Carefully spread over cheese mixture.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
