Another recipe using Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/3 cups pamelas ultimate baking and pancake mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon clove
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a large loaf pan.
3. Beat together butter, sugar, egg and pumpkin.
4. Add remaining bread ingredients.
5. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
6. Combine topping ingredients.
7. Sprinkle over bread.
8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
