Pumpkin Bread With Cranberries

I havent made this yet but am posting it here for safe keeping. Sounded interesting and very fallish like a great recipe for Thanksgiving time.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
3 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Lightly butter two 9 x5 loaf pans.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
4. Add eggs, water, oil, lemon zest, orange juice and pumpkin.
5. Stir until blended.
6. Add cranberries.
7. Mix well.
8. Pour into loaf pans.
9. Bake 1 hour.
10. Cool for about 10 minutes.
11. Remove from pans and let cool on a rack.
