My grandma's pumpkin bread. I don't know what makes it the best, perhaps it was her love she added.
Ingredients:
3 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Bake in bread pans at 350°F degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (325°F if glass pan).
