This pumpkin bread is great for the holidays!
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon clove
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 1/2 cups flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and vegetable oil together. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Add all ingredients except for the flour. Gradually add flour, 1/2 cup at a time. Grease pans. Bake for 1.5 hours, checking occasionally.
