This is an old Weight Watchers recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (reg. pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix)
1 egg
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons sugar substitute
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a small loaf pan with butter flavored spray.
3. Mix all ingredients well and pour into loaf pan.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
