Pumpkin Bars w/ cream cheese frosting

This is a yummy dessert....one of my sister's favorites.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup margarine or 1/3 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 13x9 inch pan, set aside.
3. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in a large bowl w/a mixer on medium speed.
4. Scrape bowl occasionally- mix for 1 minute.
5. Stir in baking mix and cinnamon.
6. Pour into greased pan.
7. Bake for 25 minutes.
8. Allow to cool, then frost w/cream cheese frosting.
9. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Beat cream cheese, margarine, milk and vanilla until creamy.
10. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth and of desired consistency.
