Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
3 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon(s) cloves
4 eggs
2 cup(s) flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) ginger
8 tablespoon(s) margarine
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1 cup(s) oil
4 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 can(s) pumpkin 16 oz
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix together first four ingredients
2. Sift and add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and blend well with an electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. ( 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 pan. Bake 350, 25 min.
3. Mix cream cheese and margarine together until smooth add vanilla then spread over cooled bars.
