This is a pumpkin cake recipe with a sour cream frosting. It's delicious.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 eggs (beaten)
2 cups flour
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups canned pumpkin (or cooked & mashed)
1/2 cup butter
3 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Pumpkin Bar:.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Pour into 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 greased and floured pan.
4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
5. Frost.
6. Frosting:
7. cream butter and cream cheese together.
8. Add vanilla.
9. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.
10. Spread over bars.
