Moist fall breakfast muffins!
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
3 tablespoon raisins
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, and add all wet ingredients to the mixture
2. Sift together dry ingredients.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, and add raisins.
4. Spoon into greased or no-stick muffin pans.
5. Bake at 350 until golden brown on top, approximately 12-14 minutes.
