Pumpkin and Black Bean Crockpot Chili

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cooking spray
15 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
15 oz pumpkin
30 oz. cooked black beans, drained and rinsed
3 cups fat free chicken broth
Directions:
1. Sautee onions, green peppers, and garlic until soft.
2. Add spices and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add to crockpot along with other ingredients.
4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
