2 unpeeled quartered and cored apples
1 small beetroot, unpeeled
1 medium cucumber
1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Put all in the juicer.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Drink this good summer juice immediately.
