Pumped-Up Smoothie contains plenty of iron and vitamin C, giving you a smoothie that helps you stay strong.
Ingredients:
1 small banana
1 small orange, peeled and segmented
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon agave nectar
2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
2 teaspoons hemp oil
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
hemp seeds and additional pumpkin seeds for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. In a blender, purée first 8 ingredients (through cloves) until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with pumpkin and hemp seeds, if desired; serve immediately.
