Ingredients:
1 envelope(s) au juis
1 whole(s) chuck roast
1 envelope(s) italian dressing
4 slice(s) swiss or provel cheese
18 ounce(s) water
Directions:
1. Put chuck roast in slow cooker.
2. Add Italian dressing envelope.
3. Add Au Juis envelope.
4. Add 8 oz of water.
5. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
6. Take roast out and shred with fork.
7. Put meat back into slow cooker and cook on low for another hour.
8. Serve on french bread rolls with cheese on top of mean.
