Pull Apart Bacon Bread

This is easy!
Ingredients:
12 bacon strips, sliced
1 (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 cup shredde mozzarella cheese
1 envelop ranch salad dressing mix
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes or until partially cooked, drain on paper towels.
2. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness, bush with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
3. Cut into 1 inch pieces; place in a large bowl.
4. Add bacon, cheese, dressing mix and remaining oil; toss to coat.
5. Arrange pieces in a greased bundt pan, layering as needed.
6. Cover and let rise in a warm place 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cover with foil; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
