Pudding with Cornflakes

Brown sugar and molasses flavor this baked pudding flecked with cornflakes.
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups whole milk
4 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dark molasses
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine milk, cereal, brown sugar, molasses and eggs. Mix until eggs are well incorporated. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
3. Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes, until set.
