Ingredients:
2 cups light cream, cold (or half and half)
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package chocolate instant pudding
8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallow
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Pour cold cream into a cold bowl. Add pudding mix.
2. Using an electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, about 2 minutes.
3. Let stand 5 minutes.
4. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and nuts.
5. Pour into a 2-qt. covered containor.
6. Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
