Ingredients:
100 g vegan margarine
250 g rolled oats
100 g soft prunes, chopped small
200 g maple syrup
100 g pumpkin seeds
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4.
2. Mix and heat all the ingredients together gently in a saucepan then press out into the bottom of a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
3. Cut into squares or rectangles then leave to cool into the tray before removing onto a rack.
