A delicious thick shake for after school or evening snack that's high in protein and fruit.
Ingredients:
7 ounces soft silken tofu
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup amaretto flavored coffee creamer (or other flavor) (optional)
1 cup 2% low-fat milk (approximate, enough to cover ingredients or 1/2 cup of the creamer and 1/2 cup of the whole milk)
Directions:
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients so that the liquid covers all and blend until smooth and creamy.
