These are really tasty.
Ingredients:
4 large egg whites, raw
3 oz firm tofu, lite
1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and cook like regular pancakes. Use .25 cup to dispense batter.
