High Protein pancakes
Ingredients:
120 g whey powder
1/2 cup soymilk
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
butter
nonstick cooking spray
blackburns sugar-free syrup
Directions:
1. Mix protein powder, milk, eggs, oil and baking powder in a mixer until smooth.
2. Ladle two large spoon fulls of batter onto sprayed skillet. flip when required.
3. Place butter pads on pancakes and pour syrup to taste.
