A tasty bean salad from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies
Ingredients:
1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (19 ounce) can romano beans, drained and rinsed
1 (19 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup italian dressing
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
