Enjoy this delicious Milkshake, without feeling guilty! The only fat is from the Peanuts! Very smooth and yummy. :)
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 banana (cut into pieces and frozen beforehand)
1 -2 tablespoon organic peanut butter (i use salt-free for less sodium)
2 tablespoons fatfree sugarfree chocolate pudding mix
5 -6 ice cubes (depending on size)
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients into your blender or magic bullet and blend. Enjoy! :) *You might want to add the peanut butter last before blending to avoid sticking.
