protein muffin with protein powder
Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
2 scoops protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. mix together, then add in whatever fruit you want.
2. put in pam sprayed muffin molds or make into a cake . Bake at 350 for 15-20.
