Ingredients:
220 g (1 cup) of almond milk
100 g (1/2 cup) of prunes
40 g (1/2 cup) of sunwarrior warrior blend chocolate powder or casein
30 g (1/4 cup) of 100% cocoa powder
22 g (1/4 cup) of coconut flour
120 g (1/2 cup) of liquid egg whites
3/4 tsp baking soda
Directions:
1. blend all the ingredients together and bake your batter in a small brownie pan at 160 C (320 F) until, when you just stab them with a knife/fork/chopstick, your knife/fork/chopstick comes out clean. Mine were done after about 38 minutes but check on them after 30.
