Ingredients:
1 scoop 100% whey protein powder
1 c harvest berries - frozen fruit
1 c vanilla soy milk
Directions:
1. toss all ingredients in blender. blend for a few minutes (scrape sides to make sure powder gets blended in). Enjoy!
