Ingredients:
1/2 c oats
6 almonds
50 g whey protein
1 1/2 t water
1/2 t natural peanut butter
Directions:
1. Blend oats and nuts, combine with protein and ad peanut butter. Add water to get right consistancy. Form in foil and cool.
