Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk or coconut dream
72 g (3/4 cup) of banana-flavored casein
200 g (2) ripe bananas
120 g (1/2 cup) egg whites
24 g ( 3 tbsp) coconut flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
40 g (4-6) medjool dates 9087 or prunes
30 g (1 handful) walnuts
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Pour the batter in a bread muffin mold.
3. Bake at 340 F for about 55-60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
