I found this on a different site but I don't have the name. Didn't want to lose it so I wanted to share.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup crushed cereal (fiber one, honey bunches of oats)
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. Combine peanut butter, milk powder, flaxseed, and honey in a bowl and mix well.
2. Stir in sunflowers.
3. Roll mixture in small bowls and then roll balls in crushed cereal.
4. Place on waxed paper.
5. Chill in refridgerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
