Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) cocktail sauce, or more to taste
3 ounce(s) fresh mozzarella, cut into 1-inch squares
1.5 pound(s) jumbo shrimp (about 25), peeled, tail-on
5 slice(s) thin prosciutto, cut into 5 strips
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place shrimp on baking sheet in a single layer so that none touch. Bake shrimp 7 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, check that there is one piece of cheese and one piece of prosciutto for every shrimp. When shrimp are done, remove from oven but leave on baking sheet. Let cool a minute if needed.
3. Pick up shrimp one at a time, being careful not to burn fingers. Place a dab of cocktail sauce on shrimp and lay a cheese square on top. Wrap each shrimp with a piece of prosciutto, leaving tail exposed. Place, with prosciutto ends down, on the baking sheet.
4. Return shrimp to the oven and bake until cheese starts to melt, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
