Prosciutto, Mango, and Parmesan Salad |

A classic combination of sweet, sour, and salty tastes. Substitute sliced ham for the prosciutto, if desired. Ingredients:
4 cups coarsely chopped peeled mango (about 4 mangoes) |
4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, coarsely chopped |
3 ounces shaved parmigiano-reggiano cheese |
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently. |
