Prosciutto and Peas

Ingredients:
1 ounce thinly sliced prosciutto
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
10 ounces frozen peas
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 dash black pepper
2 tablespoons pine nuts or 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Cut prosciutto into thin strips.
2. In a medium saucepan cook onion in hot oil until tender.
3. Stir in peas, water, bouillon and dried oregano. Season to taste with black pepper.
4. Simmer, covered, for 4-5 minutes or until peas are just tender.
5. Stir in pine nuts.
