Another desert gem from the town of Ajo, Arizona's 150th celebration. This is from Senor Pico Restaurants in California.

Ingredients:

1/2 fresh lime

3/4 ounce prickly pear syrup

1 ounce tequila

1 scoop shaved ice

Directions:

1. Blend it all up.
2. strain into a margarita glass!
