Ingredients:
2 tablespoons yeast
2 cups warm water
6 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup honey
3 eggs, beaten
honey butter mix, recipe follows
kosher salt, for sprinkling
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the yeast and warm water. Add the flour, salt, sugar, honey, and eggs. Mix thoroughly for about 10 minutes. Let the dough rise about 10 to 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 4-ounce portions and shape into pretzels. Place on a greased cookie sheet and let rise for 1 hour. Brush with Honey Butter Mix and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake for 20 minutes.

5. 1/4 cup honey
