A great sweet and salt taste.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 20 oz package frozen strawberries
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cups whipped cream
2 cups crushed pretzels
1 6 oz strawberry jell-o
1 8 oz soft cream cheese
2 cups pineapple juice
Directions:
1. Mix 1/4 cup sugar, butter and pretzels and press in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for ten minutes. Cool completely. Boil pineapple juice and add jell-o. Stir until dissolved. Add frozen berries and cool until partly thickened. Mix cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping. Pour over crust. Pour jell-o and strawberries mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until jell-o is firm.
