This a an excellent appetizer, snack or smeared on a bagel with a little cream cheese for breakfast. Yeild/servings is entirely dependent upon how you use it.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
3 small onions, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can green peas, drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Brown onions in very small amount of oil.
2. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper as onions are browning.
3. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth and walnuts disappear .
4. Chill and serve with crackers.
