Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs stew meat
  • 1 (10 oz) can mushroom soup (celery would also work)
  • 3 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Fill quart jars with stewing meat.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp salt per jar.
  3. 1 tbsp of soup per jar.
  4. Cap and ring each jar.
  5. Put in canner following pressure canner directions.
  6. Process 10 pounds pressure for 90 minutes.
  7. I am at 3000 ft altitude.
