Pressed Muffaletta Sandwich

This is a sandwich I always make for tailgating it fits well with just about anything else you're serving
Ingredients:
for dressing
3 cloves of garlic crushed
1 c. green olives with pimiento chopped
1 c. ripe black olives chopped
1/2 c. roasted red peppers chopped
1/4 c pickled hot cherry peppers chopped
1 c. extra virgin olive oil
3 t. fresh parsley chopped
3 t. white wine vinegar
for sandwich
i large loaf round italian bread
1/3 lb. genoa salami sliced thin
1/2 lb. provolone sliced thin
1/3 lb. mortadella sliced thin
1/3 lb. capocola sliced thin
Directions:
1. Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients together the day before
2. Slice the top off the bread and remove a good bit of the inside layer the salami mortadella and capocola add the dressing top with a layer of the cheese
3. place top of bread back on
4. wrap tightly with foil place a heavy plate on the top and place in fridge for at least 3 hours (overnight is better to bring the flavors together
5. unwrap slice into wedges and serve
6. Enjoy
