Pressed Cuban Wrap (South Beach Diet Phase 2)

Ingredients:
4 small whole wheat tortillas (6 in)
4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
1 large dill pickle, thinly sliced into 4 sections
8 slices ham
8 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Lay torillas flat. Top each with mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese. Roll up burrito style and press with the palm of your hand.
2. Lightly coat a grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Place 1 wrap on the pan and press lightly with a spatula until golden, 1-2 minutes.
3. Turn over and cook on the other side until golden. Cook remaining wraps and serve warm.
