Praline Cheesecake Cookie Bars

This recipe is from a Smucker's recipe book I picked up at the grocery. Mmmmmm good!
Ingredients:
3/4c. butter; softened
1c. sugar; divided
2t. vanilla; dvided
1-1/2c. flour
2 eggs
16oz. cream cheese; softened
1/2c. almond brickle chips
1/4c. caramel ice cream topping
Directions:
1. Mix butter, 1/2c. sugar & 1t. of vanilla until light & fluffy.
2. Gradually add flour & mix until well blended.
3. Press mixture onto bottom of 9x13 pan.
4. Bake 20-25 min. until lightly browned.
5. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and the remaining sugar & vanilla.
6. Add eggs & mix well. Stir in brickle chips.
7. Pour mixture over hot crust.
8. Drop teasponfulls of caramel topping over cream cheese mixture.
9. Run a knife through the batter to swirl the topping
10. Bake an additional 30 min.
11. Cool then refrigerate.
